WINE MAGING:
Grape selection both in the vineyard and the tables of selection. Use of carbonic maceration when the grape is being crushed. Softening for 72 hours at a low temperature, then fermentation at a controlled temperature, with three daily remounted at the most of 28º in order to take out all its colour and bouquet.
APPEARANCE:
Red picot. Colour of deep cloak very covered. With a gleam of violet, clean and brilliant
AROMA:
Seductive wine with varietal nose, intense, clean and fruity. With predominance of red fruits´ aroma with a touch of liquorice. Mineral on nose.
TASTE:
Its flavour in the mouth is velvety, meaty and well-balanced. With body, warm and well fitted. Red fruits´ aromas with a wide and durable after taste. Lasts in the retro nasal cavity.
